To be eligible for a return your item be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. It must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition. Make sure to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items may be lost but will not be Tanporium’s responsibility. Please note your return postage fee and dispatch will not be refunded. Faulty Items: Any faulty items should be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days delivery if you think the item is faulty. The team will assess your images and provide you with a free returns label so the goods can be sent back for a refund or exchange Return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We offer free shipping over on all orders over £30. All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are fully responsible and liable for these charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information. Please allow 2 to 3 days for your payment to be processed then your order will be delivered between 14 to 35 days for your order to arrive. This is due to making sure we source the best quality products from our suppliers from all over the world. If more than 35 days have passed, please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
