Where is my order?

  • After you place an order on Tanporium you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order and are processing it.
  • You will receive a further email confirming your order has been dispatched, which will include our courier tracking number.
  • You will also be able to track your order by logging in to your account on Tanporium.

Where do you deliver to?

  • We offer free shipping worldwide for all items on our store.
  • All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are fully responsible and liable for these charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

How long does delivery take?

  • Please allow 2 to 3 days for your payment to be processed then your order will be delivered  between 14 to 18 days for your order to arrive. This is due to making sure we source the best quality products from our suppliers from all over the world.
  • If more than 35 days have passed, please email us at info@tanporium.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

 How do I take care of my jewellery? 

  • Please avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion or any other chemicals.
  • Please avoid showering, bathing or sport activities with your jewellery
  • Please be aware the jewellery may tarnish as a result of oxidisation, this is due to the interaction of silver or gold plated jewellery with elements such as oxygen or sulphur. Please clean your jewellery using cleaning products dedicated to jewelleries.
