Returns Policy:

To be eligible for a return your item:

• Must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
• Must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition.
• Make sure to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items may be lost but will not be Tanporium’s responsibility. Please note your return postage fee and dispatch will not be refunded.

Faulty Items:

• Any faulty items should be:Reported to returns@tanporium.com within 14 days delivery if you think the item is faulty. The team will assess your images and provide you with a free returns label so the goods can be sent back for a refund or exchange.
